This CD will have a variety of songs, old and new, many of which are favorites that you will remember. It will be all instrumental and over 60 minutes long, including hymns, classics, folk songs, love songs, and two that I have written.

My hope is that these songs will be a source of stress-relief for each listener, young or old. Listening to this might help you realize that music can help you feel better by stabilizing your heart rate and blood pressure, and increasing your body’s production of endorphins for natural pain relief and a feeling of well-being. If you have trouble sleeping, perhaps this will help you to relax and sleep well "all through the night."

One of my favorite parts about Christmas is the music. On this recording, I play some of the old carols from all over the world. Some are traditional style, mostly arranged by Sylvia Woods, and some are unique and interesting arrangements by harpists Carolyn Bame, Ray Pool, and Sunita Staneslow. I enjoy playing these arrangements, and appreciate their permission to record these songs. I hope that as you listen, you will enjoy a time of peaceful reflection of past Christmas celebrations, and contemplate the real meaning of Christmas, celebrating the birthday of Jesus!
